5. Avoid refined carbohydrates. On average, 50% of the calories of a normal person come from carbohydrates. Refined carbohydrates are those to which has been stripped of fiber, vitamins E and B, the seeds and core. In other words, all nutrients have been removed and only the starch. Refined carbohydrates cause all the same problems as refined sugar.

Refined carbohydrates will make you feel satisfied, but do not provide vitamins or minerals. This causes an overload in your digestive system and endocrine systems. If you want to improve your food, then definitely No refined carbohydrates are an option.
