Messini Diet

messini dietAny weight loss diet that allows eating almost to stuff yourself? Is it possible …? This diet, also called Messini diet, lose weight quickly, naturally and without suffering hunger or nutritional deficiencies.

This is a very comprehensive plan that includes all food groups and combines them in a way that creates dishes very tasty and different. The abundance of this regime, of course, is based on no-fat foods and easy to digest, but they nonetheless provide the energy our body needs.

Day 1
Breakfast 1 coffee or tea without sugar and 1 orange
Collation 1 pear.

Lunch 1 cup of soup broth lean beef and 1 slice of yellow watermelon for dessert
Collation 1 orange

Dinner 1 egg, boiled, 1 girl green salad, 1 slice (25 gr.) Shredded no fat and 40 grams. of ciiruelas cooked without sugar for dessert.

Day 2
Breakfast 1 coffee or tea without sugar and pear
Collation 1 orange.

Lunch 1 serving of pasta with gluten in soup, 1 Rib / Italian roast pork, 1 slice bread, 1 apple dessert
Collation 1 pear

Dinner Lean steak 1 beef grilled, 1 serving (200 gm.) Cooked vegetables to choice, 1 slice of bread and 1 pear for dessert.

Day 3
Breakfast 1 coffee or tea without sugar and 1 orange
Collation 1 pear

Lunch 1 cup of vegetable soup, 1 serving (J50 gr.) Grilled beef, 1 grilled tomato and 3 apricots for dessert.
Collation 1 orange

Dinner 1 slice (70 gr.) Of lean ham, 1 girl green salad with 1 tomato and 1 slice of raw yellow melon for dessert.

Day 4
Breakfast 1 coffee or tea without sugar and 1 pear
Collation 1 orange

Lunch 1 cup of soup broth lean beef and 1 slice of yellow watermelon for dessert
Collation 1 pear

Dinner 1 egg, boiled, 1 girl green salad, 1 slice (25 gr.) Shredded no fat and 40 grams. cooked without sugar plums for dessert.

Day 5
Breakfast 1 coffee or tea without sugar and 1 orange
Collation 1 pear

Lunch 1 plate of rice soup, 1 serving (150 gr.) Boiled fish, 1 green salad girl, 1 fennel oil, 1 slice of bread and 1 orange for dessert.
Collation 1 orange (120 gr.)

Dinner 1 slice (60 gr.) Fish oil, 1 girl green salad, 1 slice of bread and 1 apple for dessert.
