10 Tips to Remove Fat

With the heat of summer, we will remove the cabinet soon summer clothes, bikini and bathing suit, which will expose our charms or our shortcomings. One is the “belly” that has accumulated during the winter.

A balanced diet, exercise, patience and perseverance are the best allies to eliminate it.

Some tips that can help you do this are:

1.- Eat a balanced diet, but not too restrictive unless your goal is losing weight too quickly, in addition to “lower the belly.”

2.- Take a daily high-fiber foods: salads, vegetables, fruits, whole grains.

3.- Includes also in your daily diet, foods rich in protein but low in fat: oily fish, white meat, dairy and skimmed.

3.- Avoid fried meats, fats (except olive oil) oil, chocolate, pastries, sugar.

4.- Drink plenty of water (at least eight glasses a day) and lots of red tea (it is a wonderful fat-burning) or green tea.

5.- Chew food well. We provide a feeling of fullness and avoid the appearance of abdominal gas.

6.- Remove from your diet carbonated beverages (swollen abdomen).

7.- Avoid alcohol (only provides empty calories).

8.- Aerobic exercise. Contrary to popular belief, only by doing abdominal exercises, not fat reduction. To burn fat more quickly is necessary aerobic physical exercise on a regular basis. Practice three times a week activities such as steps, spinning, jogging, aqua gym, Body Combat, etc …

9.- Do toning and stretching exercises. One activity that I usually recommend to have the “tummy to grate” is Pilates sessions at least twice a week.

10.- Make localized exercises daily. Spend five minutes each day to make a series of abdominal exercises. With 20 crunches’ day is enough to tone the muscles of the abdomen. (The girls who do not want to make a bar of chocolate abdominal, may be quiet because they are not likely to do this exercise at this rate).
